Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Services are billed monthly in advance.
• Hours worked in the current billing period are non-refundable.
• Unused hours do not roll over. Your monthly fee buys availability and outcomes rather than a bank of time.
• Where your plan includes a monthly hours allowance, usage is reported to you each month alongside your financial package.

You may cancel your service agreement on the following terms.

• 30 days written notice is required for monthly service cancellations.
• You remain responsible for payment through the notice period.
• Work completed during the notice period is billable.

Our 30-minute introductory consultation is free, with no obligation to continue.

If you are unsatisfied with our services, contact us within 7 days so we can discuss the issue and work with you to resolve it.

For diagnostics, cleanup work, and fixed-fee advisory projects, refund terms are specified in that project agreement.

To cancel, email us at support@mtlservicesfl.com with your account information and your desired cancellation date, which must be at least 30 days from the date of notice.
